Questions about Health Care Costs

 

Thank-you for your interest in Rochester Rehabilitation Center’s outpatient Behavioral Health programs. The services include the Mental Health Clinic, Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and Care Management.

Mental Health Clinic:

 

Outpatient Mental Health Clinical services include psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication therapy, health monitoring and crisis intervention.

Personalized Recovery Oriented Services:

 

The Comprehensive PROS program includes four treatment components offering rehabilitative groups, vocational services, intensive relapse prevention and clinic services (psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication therapy, crisis intervention).

Care Management Services:

 

Services provided to individuals with chronic health conditions to coordinate all aspects of their care with their providers to promote wellness and eliminate barriers to healthy living.

The following is a list of Health Plan Carriers accepted by Rochester Rehabilitation Center:

Each Health Plan carrier may offer several different plans, and Rochester Rehabilitation Center may not accept all of these plans. Please contact your carrier to learn if your particular plan is accepted by Rochester Rehabilitation Center and whether or not the services you require are covered under your plan.

You can obtain an estimate of cost for planned clinical services through Rochester Rehabilitation Center, upon request, by contacting Deborah Krueger, Billing Supervisor at 585-271-2520. A price estimate will be based on the information received about anticipated services. During the course of treatment, the actual services could change,if the provider finds it necessary to perform additional or fewer procedures, which may impact the cost of service.
