Our Mission
Ability Partners Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established to raise and generate funds that will promote, support, and augment the continuation of long-term services for people with disabilities offered through CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation in the Finger Lakes and Greater Rochester areas including Ontario, Seneca, Yates, Wayne, Orleans, Livingston and Monroe Counties.
Our Vision
Ability Partners Foundation will provide the necessary resources to ensure that all individuals receiving services through CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation will experience “What Happens Here Changes Lives Forever” in a community that is “Opening Doors and Enriching Lives” and provides "Work. Wellness. Independence."

Along with generating funds Ability Partners Foundation coordinates the marketing for the three agencies for programs and services such as Preschool, Day Habilitation, Respite, Mental Health Clinic, and outpatient clinics.
