We are proud to offer fitness opportunities for youth and adults. Our 1:1 fitness program is instructed by our on staff Adapted Physical Education teacher and works on range of motion and strength building through fun sport and game activities. We here at SportsNet are excited to be working with Dew It Fitness to create this exciting offering. Their model of positivity, encouragement and support blends perfectly with our goal to offer a program to people of all abilities looking to improve their strength and conditioning. Their facility as seen below is located in Gates and is extremely accessible. Trainers from Dew It Fitness will work side by side with Personal Trainer Michael Cocquyt from SportsNet to adapt activities to individuals’ needs and abilities.
