Aquatic Exercise


Take Advantage of Our Two Warm Water Programs!

A ramp or gradual step leads into the four foot pool; a lift is available as needed as well. Classes are designed for participants who can move independently in the water.

Aquability is a structured water exercise class. Participants enjoy an hour long class with time for warm-up, exercise, and cool down. Led by a trained instructor, each 8-week session is designed to increase range of motion and muscle strength and flexibility.

We also offer evening swim lessons through CP Rochester Community Recreation for youth, teens, and adults. For eligibility and enrollment please see the events calendar.
