Rochester Rehabilitation has changed the name of its employment, training, and work experience division from OutSource to OneSource Solutions in an effort to re-launch the division as the "Work" portion of Rochester Rehabilitation and integrate it into its overall brand.

“The core business of OneSource Solutions is to produce well-trained people of all abilities who can do the jobs that our customers need,” says Rochester Rehabilitation President/CEO John H. Olsan. OneSource Solutions generates revenue that supports other rehabilitative programs and activities for Rochester Rehabilitation. The division offers customized assembly, packaging, and fulfillment services, scanning and digitizing documents, and janitorial services. Approximately 100 people work at the University Avenue location.

Vice President Greg Wolfe says that OneSource Solutions will continue to serve its current customers while focusing on achieving more growth and diversity to serve more businesses in Rochester. “OneSource Solutions is dedicated to meeting or exceeding customer requirements while striving for continuous improvement,” says Wolfe, a Veteran who brings 25 years of operational expertise from the military, retail, and manufacturing industries in a variety of markets including glass, plastics molding and assembly, and high-tech safes.

One of the varied and customized solutions tackled by OneSource Solutions is the hand assembly of four different versions of dental trays for Carestream Health. Tom Mykins, director of dental finishing for Carestream, explains, "In my role, there are many things I have to worry about. The dental trays built by the OneSource team has never been one of them. The quality and on-time delivery has been exceptional, thanks to every team member's dedication and hard work."
